Return Policy

You may exchange items for a different size within 30-days of purchase.* Returns are permitted within 30-days of purchase for items purchased directly from medi-dyne.com or sold by Medi-Dyne (seller) on Amazon.com or Walmart.com. Refund will consist of the full purchase price, not including shipping/handling.

Items must be returned in their original product packaging and include a copy of your original receipt or order number.

Items purchased through one of Medi-Dyne’s resellers must be returned to that reseller. Please complete and follow the instructions on the Exchange/Return Form included with the package you received. If you did not receive a form or no longer have it, one can be downloaded from the link below.

*Replacements/Returns not available outside of the U.S.
