Warranty Information

To the original purchaser* from an authorized dealer only, Medi-Dyne warrants products to be free from defects in materials and faulty workmanship. Medi-Dyne makes no other warranties, expressed or implied relating to the products including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not be liable for indirect, social or consequential damages resulting of the use of these products.

Medi-Dyne’s products are covered by 1 of 5 possible warranties. Each warranty and the corresponding products are listed below. If during the warranty period the product should become defective, it may be returned with appropriate shipping/handling fee (see below) to Medi-Dyne for a replacement. Products listed under "First Use" are guaranteed against manufacturer's imperfections only and do not include normal use periods due to the nature of the product. Please see instructions below on how to return products under warranty.

2. One-Year Limited Manufacturer’s Defect Warranty – (does not include wear and tear) – CoreStretch, Tuli’s Plantar Fasciitis Insoles, Tuli’s So Soft Heel Cups, Tuli’s So Soft Insoles, Tuli’s Diamondbacks, Tuli’s Gaitors, Tuli’s Dual Density/Polar Bears Heel Cups, Tuli’s RoadRunners, ProStretch Plus, ProStretch The Original Unilateral (Single) and Bilateral (Double), StretchRite, StepStretch Unilateral (Single) and Bilateral (Double), ProStretch Shoulder Flex* (Applies only to original purchaser - Product Warranty Registration). 
3. Two-Year Limited Manufacturer's Defect Warranty - (does not include wear and tear) - Pro Roller, Type A+, Type C, Type X2+, Uno, Junior+, Marble Roller, Footy, Hexi, Peanut, Nonagon, Roundchucks, Trio, Knot Bad, Mini Knot Bad, Full Body Kit.

4. 30-Day Manufacturer’s Defect Guarantee – All Cho-Pat products, Tuli’s X Brace, Tuli’s Cheetahs, ProStretch NightSock, Tuli's HammerRx

   We guarantee these items against manufacturer's imperfections only. Please inspect the items for defects that could affect the wear and durability prior to use. We cannot exchange or refund if items were worn (except for initial try on) or soiled. Full refund, less shipping & Handling, on items returned within thirty days, plus en route time, and in their original packaging. We will accept exchanges for size correction. Items must be purchased direct from Medi-Dyne® and not from affiliates or resellers.
