It's physical therapy for your foot. It works. I think physical therapy is much better than medication or cortisone shots. I wore it the last 2 nights to see how it felt and I was really surprised at how comfortable it was. It was super easy to use and to understand how to get on as well. Is the ProStretch NightSock one size fits all?
Yes.
Does ProStretch NightSock come as a pair?
No. Box includes one sock.
Is the ProStretch NightSock machine washable or hand washable?
ProStretch NightSock should be hand washed by itself. Remove the toe support before washing. Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Rinse well and air dry. After dry, replace toe support. We recommend 2Toms StinkFree Detergent for the best cleaning and odor elimination.
Is the ProStretch NightSock returnable?
Yes. Please refer to our Return Policy.
How far should I stretch my foot?
We recommend at the beginning to completely relax your foot and hold this position with the strap for the first night or two. This will help you to get comfortable with having the sock on. It may take more than a night or two to get used to the sock. The stretch can then gradually be extended each night as comfort allows. Please refer to the instruction manual for more detailed instructions.
