To find the best support measure your arch circumference right below ball of foot and follow chart arch measurements below.
Please Note: If your arch measurement is different from your shoe size select the appropriate size for your arch measurement.
Size Chart:
Children under the age of 16 that are wearing adult size shoes inevitably have a smaller arch. If your child’s adult shoe size lands right on the edge of one of our adult sizes the smaller X Brace is usually the correct choice.

One size never fits all. That’s why Cho-Pat exclusively provides the Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap in six sizes for a more accurate fit and maximum pain relief. When sizing, it is best to measure the circumference of the leg at mid-kneecap. If you are between sizes or if you have a larger upper leg (thigh), select the larger size.

The Cho-Pat Original Knee Strap is available in six sizes for a more accurate fit.
Measuring Instructions: Measure the circumference below the patella (kneecap). The Original Knee Strap can be worn on either knee, right or left.
Note: If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the smaller size.

Less than 10 in.; Less than 25 cm.
10-12.5 in.; 25-32 cm.
12.5-14.5 in.; 32-37 cm.
14.5-16.5 in.; 37-42 cm.
16.5-18 in.; 42-46 cm.
18-21 in.; 46-53 cm.
Tuli's Plantar Fasciitis Insoles can be trimmed to fit as needed. Place original shoe insole over Tuli's Plantar Fasciitis Insole and trim with scissors as needed.
