AMBASSADOR PROGRAM: TERMS AND POLICIES 

Medi-Dyne® Ambassadors are selected based on their positive attitudes, commitment to a healthy lifestyle and the incredible ways in which they relate to their followers. Medi-Dyne would like the ambassador’s assistance in promoting, offering, and selling the Medi-Dyne products via their social media accounts. Medi-Dyne hereby appoints the Ambassador as its representative on a non-exclusive, nonemployee basis to endorse and promote its services to the target audience.

Medi-Dyne will provide the Ambassador with store points to use at the Ambassador's discretion for the year. The Ambassador can use their points to purchase products manufactured by Medi-Dyne from any of its four brands (2Toms®, Cho-Pat®, ProStretch®, and Tuli’s®) as they see fit for their personal needs or to promote Medi-Dyne through seeding product to potential customers. Additional store credit may be earned when completing required activities. To earn points the ambassador must complete the required activities. Points may be prorated for first year based on ambassadorship start date.

1) PRODUCTS

PLEASE NOTE: Product(s) issued to Ambassadors are not available for resale online or in-store. This restriction includes e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Craig’s List, Facebook Marketplace, etc. Freight is included on all orders. Once the Ambassador has depleted their points, they may continue to purchase products at a discounted rate with a personal credit card. 

2) CONTESTS

Contests run on any platform (such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Rafflecopter, Wish Pond, etc.) must abide by all rules and regulations of chosen platform. The Ambassador is responsible for organizing and managing contestants, entries and announcing winners.

3) MATERIAL DISCLOSURES AND COMPLIANCE WITH FTC GUIDELINES

Medi-Dyne believes in following industry best practices, including full, fair and effective disclosures of material facts relating to your relationship with Medi-Dyne in accordance with the Federal Trade Commission’s Guides Concerning Endorsements and Testimonials in Advertising. As such, we require that all bloggers, ambassador and similar persons adhere to the guidelines set forth below when blogging, posting tweeting, or otherwise publishing content about Medi-Dyne or Medi-Dyne’s products or services.

When publishing posts/statuses about Medi-Dyne’s products or services, the Ambassador must clearly disclose his/her connection with Medi-Dyne. The above disclosure should be clear and prominent and made in close proximity to any statements that the Ambassador makes about Medi-Dyne or Medi-Dyne’s products or services. Please note that this disclosure is required regardless of any space limitations of the medium (e.g. Twitter), where the disclosure can be made via Hashtags, e.g. #MediDyneAmbassador. 

4) BE HONEST AND RESPECTFUL

Your statements should always reflect your honest and truthful opinions and actual experiences. If a statement is not your opinion, but rather something that Medi-Dyne has asked you to say, this fact should be made clear to readers. All blog posts, social media statuses, tweets, and/or comments should be in good taste and free of inappropriate language and/or any content promoting bigotry, racism or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation, or age).

5) OTHER

The Ambassador should comply with the terms, conditions, guidelines and policies of any service that the Ambassador uses and all applicable laws. For instance, if a service says it may not be used for commercial purposes, then the Ambassador should not promote Medi-Dyne products or services on such a medium.

6) CANCELLATION

The ambassador may terminate ambassadorship at any time. Email request to connect@medi-dyne.com.
