Medi-Dyne makes no other warranties, expressed or implied relating to the products including any implied warranties or merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, shall not be liable for indirect, social or consequential damages resulting of the use of these products.
Medi-Dyne’s products are covered by 1 of 5 possible warranties. Each warranty and the corresponding products are listed below. If during the warranty period the product should become defective, it may be returned with appropriate shipping/handling fee (see below) to Medi-Dyne for a replacement. Products listed under "First Use" are guaranteed against manufacturer's imperfections only and do not include normal use periods due to the nature of the product. We guarantee these items against the manufacturer's imperfections only. Please inspect the items for defects that could affect the wear and durability prior to use. We cannot exchange or refund if items were worn (except for the initial try-on) or soiled. Full refund, less shipping & Handling, on items returned within thirty days, plus en route time, and in their original packaging. We will accept exchanges for size correction. Items must be purchased directly from Medi-Dyne® and not from affiliates or resellers.
