Orders and Payments

This occurs due to validation rules in place that try to prevent fraudulent transactions. The transaction authorization is initially approved by the customer's credit card issuer for the requested amount, then subsequently declined by our payment gateway due to mismatch in address, expiration date, or CVV/card security code.

The transaction remains as a pending authorization (hold) on the customer’s card, but is declined on our side. The pending authorization will expire in 2-7 business days (time varies for each card issuing bank).  Unfortunately, we do not have the capability to release or cancel the pending transaction in this scenario since there were no funds transferred to us.

Use the “forgot your password?” link on the login page to reset your password.  If you had an account/login that was established before July 2018, you will need to create a new account.

Shipping

FREE Standard Shipping for orders $25+ (Applies continental US only). 

Independence Day 

Medi-Dyne will be closed Monday, July 3rd and Tuesday, July 4th in observance of Independence Day. Orders placed on July 3-4th will ship on July 5th and 6th, 2024.

Labor Day 

Medi-Dyne will be closed Monday, September 4th, in observance of Labor Day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, September 1st, will ship on September 5th and 6th, 2024. 

Thanksgiving 

Medi-Dyne will be closed Thursday, November 28th & 29th, during Thanksgiving Day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Wednesday, November 28th, will ship the following week of December 2nd-6th, 2024. 

Holidays

Medi-Dyne will be closed for the holidays from Tuesday, December 24th, through Wednesday, January 1st, 2025. Our last shipping day will be Monday, December 23rd. The deadline to submit orders and have them shipped in 2024 is Friday, December 20th by 5:00 pm CST. Orders received after this day will ship the first and second week of 2025.

We currently only deliver to the United States, and all orders are sent using US Postal Mail. You can calculate the rates on the shopping cart page.

Orders received during our regular business hours (Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Central Time) are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Once shipped, the transit or delivery time varies depending on the shipping method chosen at checkout.  Shipments are sent from Colleyville, Texas.

For shipments within the United States:

  • Standard Shipping (USPS 1st Class): 5-10 business days + processing time
  • Priority Shipping (USPS Priority): 3-5 business days + processing time
  • Express Shipping (USPS Priority Express): 1-3 business days + processing time (requires signature on delivery)
