One size never fits all. That’s why Cho-Pat exclusively provides the Cho-Pat Dual Action Knee Strap in six sizes for a more accurate fit and maximum pain relief.

When sizing, it is best to measure the circumference of the leg at mid-kneecap.

If you are between sizes or if you have a larger upper leg (thigh), select the larger size.

The Cho-Pat Original Knee Strap is available in six sizes for a more accurate fit.

Measuring Instructions: Measure the circumference below the patella (kneecap). The Original Knee Strap can be worn on either knee, right or left.

Note: If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the smaller size.

The Cho-Pat® Achilles Tendon Strap™ is available in three sizes for a more accurate fit and Achilles tendonitis pain relief. 

Measuring Instructions:
Measure circumference at widest portion of your ankle.
