Have been using for years and still happy

This is the fourth time I've ordered the Cho-Pat strap, starting in 2013. I am a swimmer and get tendonitis in my shoulder. This strap just holds everything together and relieves the pain when I swim. The Velcro does lose it's stickiness after several years so I have replaced it a few times. I also keep an extra one at my winter home.

    Great straps

It was good. I've torn the biceps tendons on both arms while weight lifting, and these straps are perfect for protecting the affected areas while I'm exercising.

    Best Solution

Been using these for nearly 30 years since I was in college. I tried using tape and pre-wrap then my coach showed me the upper arm strap. Immediate relief from shoulder pain and no need for injections. I don't swim much these days because shoulders damage and age have gotten the best of me, but the arm strap definitely helps with every day pain. Adjustable and work well in hot environments, and easy to wash. Highly recommend.

Great product. I would highly recommend.

Is the Cho-Pat Upper Arm Strap sold as a pair or a single strap?

Each Cho-Pat Upper Arm Strap is sold as a single unit, for one arm.
