I had lingering injuries from football in my lower back. I woke up every morning with severe stiffness in my lower and middle back. I lived with this for years until I had toddlers in my life, I made a snap decision to catch one of my kids as they were falling. This move really aggravated the injury in my back. I decided to take action in living a better life, I talked to my doctor and he suggested that I have a routine in the morning to relieve stiffness. I decided that I would do some light exercise and look online for the best product. The exercise helped marginally but when the NONAGON arrived it changed my day. I start off my day using the roller to remove the stiffness in my lower and middle back, now I have started to move better and can keep up with my twin toddlers. It is a foam roller it is very simple to use it has great stiffness but enough give to make it comfortable not painful to use.
