Measuring Instructions:
Measure the circumference at the widest portion of your ankle.
Note: If you are between sizes, we suggest you order the larger size.

Each Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap is sold as a single unit, for one foot.
Should I wear the Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap over or under socks?
May be worn under or over socks. May be worn during periods of in activity but DO NOT WEAR WHILE SLEEPING.
How do I care for my Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap?
The Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap is hand-wash ONLY. Use warm water with mild detergent. We recommend using 2Toms StinkFree Sports Detergent to maintain the freshness of your Cho-Pat products. Squeeze out excess water and dry at normal room temperature. DO NOT twist or wring. Keep fasteners free of lint and threads.
Does the Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap contain neoprene?
No, the Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap doe snot contain neoprene.
I can't feel the support of the Cho-Pat Achilles Tendon Strap on my foot. What should I do?

Achilles support helpful
The item may not fit everyone perfectly...but works OK for me. I have smaller ankles and Medium size seems to fit. The support from the Achilles strap doesn't cure anything, but seems to help relieve some (not all) pain.

It’s too small
It’s too small When she runs up and down the court the Valco comes off it does not state tightly fit. .

I've had two heel surgeries on my Achilles tendonitis as my tendon sheaths unexpectedly crystalized--for a reason no doctor has been able to satisfactorily explain. After decades of painful doctors' visits, physical therapy, and uninspiring medical assistance, I happened upon your Achilles Tendon Strap. Although it caused the parting of ways with at least one podiatrist--he really wanted to try his hand at surgery--it has offered me what no doctor has during the past three decades; a daily existence with relatively low-pain. My current doctors--particularly those at the Pain Clinic--have helped me in this area as well, however, I credit Cho-pat with making me able to walk and carry on a relatively normal day-to-day existence. I teach and direct theatrical productions at the college level. Without your product, I know I would be confined to a much more sedentary lifestyle; one that would not allow me to continue to pursue my love of theatre or my fairly active calendar.
