SoftMoves may be placed on either your foot or your shoe.

Can Tuli's SoftMoves be moved from shoe to shoe?

We recommend having separate pairs for each shoe. The natural adhesive works very well and is best if kept in the same shoe and not moved from pair to pair.

To find the best support measure your arch circumference right below ball of foot and follow chart arch measurements below.

Children under the age of 16 that are wearing adult size shoes inevitably have a smaller arch.  If your child’s adult shoe size lands right on the edge of one of our adult sizes the smaller X Brace is usually the correct choice.

Fitted Sizing Information 

Tuli's Fitted Cheetah are mostly worn by athletic gymnasts and dancers. Otherwise, the One Size Fits All (OSFA) Tuli's Cheetah may be a better option. 

Measure the circumference of the instep in inches (around the arch of the foot).

Tuli’s Cheetahs® are sold as an individual unit, not as a pair.
