Yes, they can be trimmed for a better fit. Simply trace current shoe insole and cut with scissors.
Are the Tuli's Plantar Fasciitis Insoles used as replacement insoles?
They can be used as replacement insoles or can be placed on top of the original shoe insole. You will need to decide which is most comfortable.
Does my shoe size change with Tuli's Plantar Fasciitis Insoles?
Your shoe size typically does not change provided your shoes are already a comfortable fit. To be sure that both your foot and your insoles have the space they need to do their job, go shoe shopping in the afternoon when your feet are more likely to be at their largest and take along your insoles!

Helps my Plantar Fasciitis with great cushioning. Fits perfectly in my sneakers. I have tried many innersoles, including those custom orthotics that cost nearly $700 and these are the best. I also use Tulli's heel cups in addition for extra comfort. Nice quality!
