Slide sock A over foot. Gently pull sock up as far as it will comfortably go.
Large band should be placed just below the knee. Fasten band securely but not so tight it is uncomfortable and/or cuts off circulation. Loop adjustment strap through the ring on front of large band strap.
While seated, extend leg in front of you with your foot completely relaxed. Point your toes forward slightly and comfortably. Adjust strap through the ring. We highly recommend starting in a 45 degree angle for a couple of hours to start and gradually work your way up to a full 90 degree stretch.
Over time gradually increase the flex of your foot over time by pulling the strap back toward your leg. We recommend tightening the stretch one inch at a time each night. The max flexed position is a foot angle of 90 degrees. Once this is met, continue the sock as needed.
