How much arch support do the Tuli's RoadRunners have?
The arch in the Tuli's RoadRunners is a slight soft arch, standard and comfortable for most feet.
Can I trim Tuli's RoadRunners to fit inside my shoe?
Yes, they can be trimmed for a better fit. Simply trace current shoe insole and cut with scissors.
Are the Tuli's RoadRunners used as replacement insoles?
They can be used as replacement insoles or can be placed on top of the original shoe insole. You will need to decide which is most comfortable.
Does my shoe size change with Tuli's RoadRunners?
Your shoe size typically does not change provided your shoes are already a comfortable fit. To be sure that both your foot and your orthotic have the space they need to do their job, go shoe shopping in the afternoon when your feet are more likely to be at their largest and take along your orthotics!

Tuli's® RoadRunners® Insoles
For several years I have needed insoles and these are the best I have ever had.
Foot savers!
Supply chain issues forced me to buy a tennis shoe that was not exactly what I usually choose. These insoles made a not so great pair of tennis shoes absolutely perfect. The added cushion and arch support give me that extra bounce I wanted.
Tuli's® RoadRunners® Insoles - Product Review
Since I've purchased this product multiple times in the past, I would offer some advice on making the Insoles more durable in certain places. Multicell design [heel cup cushion] section needs a different material that withstands & prevents crumbling. The area that comes in direct contact with the heel could use reinforcement. After continued use, the blue fabric tends to wear away and exposes the high impact cushioned layer. Overall - it's a good product for the money.
Road Runner insoles
I mostly wear sneakers. I have found that cushioning is markedly improved. With less impact on sole of foot, my end of the day foot fatigue has disappeared. The combination of increased cushioning and loss of end of day foot fatigue has resulted in me walking longer distances with greater pleasure. I would enthusiastically recommend the insoles
