Originally developed for therapy, CoreStretch uses the body's natural traction to provide a safe & highly effective stretch in the comfort of your own home.
CoreStretch targets the back, hamstrings, and hips, providing a deep and thorough stretch by focusing on the body's core. By creating leverage between the upper and lower body, the CoreStretch delivers a full-body stretch that can improve flexibility and range of motion.
- Effectively stretch all areas of the back, shoulders, hamstrings, piriformis, and hips.
- Comfortably put back in the state of traction to allow for optimal stretching.
- Easy to use and lightweight.

Swivel Action Versatility
Conventional stretching methods often result in the back curving, but the CoreStretch allows you to move all major muscle groups up and down, side-to-side, and in twisting motions.
Adjustable and Easy to Use
Lightweight, the CoreStretch can conveniently be taken to the office or gym to be used several times a day.
Regular use of CoreStretch can help improve flexibility. Additionally, compared to the cost of most physical therapy or personal trainer sessions, CoreStretch is an affordable option for everyone.
