Are you looking for a tool to help you achieve the most effective lower back stretch? Look no further than CoreStretch!

Originally developed for Physical Therapy patients, CoreStretch uses the body's natural traction to provide a safe stretch. Now, you can experience the benefits of this effective stretching tool in the comfort of your own home.

CoreStretch targets the back, hamstrings, and hips, providing a deep and thorough stretch by focusing on the body's core. By creating leverage between the upper and lower body, the CoreStretch delivers a full-body stretch that can improve flexibility and range of motion. Give it a try and experience the benefits for yourself!

  • Effectively stretch all areas of the back, shoulders, hamstrings, piriformis, and hips.
  • Comfortably put your back in the state of traction to allow for optimal stretching.
  • Easy to use and lightweight.

Ideal to stretch:

  • Up and lower back muscles
  • Shoulders
  • Tight hamstrings
  • Piriformis
  • Glutes
  • Pelvic and groin muscles
  • Sciatica
  • Shin splints

Swivel Action Versatility

Conventional stretching methods often result in the back curving, but the CoreStretch allows you to move all major muscle groups up-and-down, side-to-side, and twisting motions.

Adjustable and Easy to Use

Lightweight, the CoreStretch can conveniently be taken to the office or gym to be used several times a day.

CoreStretch is a highly beneficial tool for stretching the muscles, tendons, and ligaments in your core and leg areas. Regular use of CoreStretch can help you improve your flexibility, lower the risk of injury, alleviate pain, and speed up your recovery time. Additionally, compared to the cost of most physical therapy or personal trainer sessions, CoreStretch is an affordable option for everyone.

    CoreStretch

So glad I got the CoreStretch. I try to use it when I get up in the morning as a warm up to my back. Allows me to stretch in a way I couldn't by myself.

    CoreStretch Assembly Instructions

The adjustment buttons on my CoreStretch are stuck. What should I do?

If you are having any trouble using CoreStretch, please contact customer service at 1-800-810-1740.

How do I adjust the length of the CoreStretch?

How do I position or hold the CoreStretch properly?

Sit with a straight back and arms fully extended above your head. The handles should reach the center of your palms.
