Got rid of the heel pain
Excellent, I will be ordering more!
Hi Robin - Thank you! It sure makes it easier when you have a pair for each shoe. :)
Wear them in every pair of shoes and boots. Keeps my plantar fasciitis under control.
Hi Cynthia - Thank you for being a valued customer of ours!
I’ve used these, before, in a pair of Muck boots. The heel (inside) would wear and the seam of the liner would split open and rub my heel. It would ruin good socks and make by heel sore. The heel cups help protect both my heel and the liner. Eventually, I wore through it, but it lengthened the life of my socks and boots, significantly.
Hi Peggy - Thank for sharing your experience using our Tuli's Classic Heel Cups.

What is the difference between the Tuli's Classic Heel Cups and Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups?
Tuli's Classic Heel Cups are ideal for everyday use with everyday shoes.
Tuli's Heavy Duty Heel Cups are recommended for athletic activities or longer periods of walking and standing. Twice as thick as Tuli's Classic Heel Cups, they are perfect in athletic shoes or more spacious lace-up shoes (like work boots, running shoes, etc.).
Both Tuli’s Classic Heel Cups and Heavy Duty Heel Cups work with the same patented multi-cell, multi-layer design that absorbs shock and returns impact energy just like the system naturally found in your feet.
What do the numbers on the bottom of the Tuli's Classic Heel Cups mean?
These numbers on the bottom of our heel cups are associated with the manufacturing process and have nothing to do with size.
Are the Tuli's Classic Heel Cups made of hard plastic?
No, all Tuli's heel cups are made from a soft but supportive material.

Do I really go by weight for heel cup sizing? What if I am overweight but have small feet or if I am underweight but have large feet?

Do I need to wear heel cups in both shoes?
Yes, to ensure proper balance, always wear Tuli's heel cups in both shoes.
Should the heel cup move in my shoe?
