Medi-Dyne Provides a

Complete Plantar Fasciitis Treatment Solutions

As a company that has been working with medical professionals to develop products to relieve and heal plantar fasciitis for over 20 years, we have learned no one product can solve the problem completely. Also, no two people are the same and what works for one person may not work for the next. A complete solution should include a selection of products to provide immediate pain relief as well as methods for healing the condition long term.

What is Plantar Fasciitis?

The plantar fascia is a thick band of tissue which runs across the bottom of the foot connecting the heel bone to the toes. Normally, the plantar fascia acts as a shock-absorber, supporting the arch in the foot. But, if tension becomes too great, it can create small tears in the fascia causing the fascia to become irritated or inflamed.

Heel Pain experienced with plantar fasciitis is often described as:

  • An incredible pain during first steps in the morning or after being seated for an extended period of time.
  • A sharp, stabbing pain
  • A feeling like stepping on a small stone or needle

Common Factors in Developing Plantar Fasciitis

Tight Calf Muscle | Tight Achilles Tendon | Fitness Regimen | Increase in Weight | Non-Supportive Shoes | Occupation | Age

Why Immediate Relief?

When someone is in pain, they just want the pain to go away. To deliver immediate pain relief a product must provide cushion and support. The support helps take pressure off the tendons while the cushion comforts the sore foot.

Why Long-Term Healing?

If the problem that created the pain isn't addressed, the pain will keep coming back. Stretching and massaging the affected areas and connected tissues and muscles help to heal plantar fasciitis. And when performed regularly, it keeps the ailment from coming back.
